      Very helpful

Would use again but prefer the High Street brands

Neways Radiance Toothpaste was a new concept for me in teeth cleaning.

It is a toothpaste that is white and has no flavour.

You use it dry, so you squeeze a pea sized amount on to your brush but don't wet it.

You brush as normal for 2-3 minutes then spit out... you don't use water to rinse either.

You follow it up with Neways Eliminator - the Neways equivalent of mouthwash (which does have a light minty type flavour).

You then need to wait around 10 minutes before you eat of drink anything.

I trialed this over a month last year when I sampled loads of Neways products - some I have retained and use on an ongoing basis, others, I have reverted back to the High Street alternative.

I normally use regular toothpaste as I don't have sensitive teeth, so I swapped this for a bit to see how I got on.

This toothpaste does leave your mouth feeling clean and fresh but it takes quite a bit of getting used to using no water...........to be honest, I ran out of Eliminator (the mouth wash) tried it without rinsing and ....YUK.

I have since reverted to my old favourite, Aquafresh - though I still have a few tubes of Radiance in my cupboard, so may use again when I get more of the Eliminator as it wasn't unpleasant, just a bit unusual !

It is probably better for you than the normal brands.

It contains no fluoride though so that is a decision that you would need to be aware of if you intended to use it long term.

Instead of fluoride it uses something called stabilized Anthium Dioxide which apparently is the most effective agent for dissolving food films, which are the primary source of nutrients for bacteria growth.

It is very smooth and no abrasive.

As with all Neways products, it does not contain any potentially harmful ingredients, specifically:

      Sodium Lauryl Sulphate
      Sodium Laureth Sulphate
      Mineral Oil
      Diethanolamine (DEA)
      Triethanolamine (TEA )
      Butylated Hydroxytoluene (BHT)
      Propylene Glycol

Neways is not a brand that is for sale in your local High Street, but is available through a worldwide network of distributors, either face to face sales or via the internet (directly via www.neways.com) or via distributors who have set up their own stores.

If you go via Neways.com, you need to join the site and you are provided with membership and log-in details, otherwise you can buy as and when required from other distributors.

The items all come from HQ based in the Netherlands if you buy direct, or locally via a distributor and started over 20 years ago.

The Neways concept is to offer consumers an alternative range of health, beauty, household cleaning and nutritional products which do not include any potentially harmful chemicals or ingredients.

There is a wealth of information about the Neways company on its website.

The tubes are white with a blue flip top and are available in a 175g tube for around £7.50 (depending on where you buy it).
