When i worked in a certain job i had to find some mouth wash that was alcohol free, after tryin a few ranges i guess i just came across this one by accident when shopping at tescos.

I use this product after brushing and flossing my teeth it makes my teeth feel really clean which i am pleased with, especially considerin i have braces i like to think i am looking after and cleaning my teeth really well.

I do find though even though this mouth wash is supposed to be for sensitive teeth, you are only supposed to swirl for 30seconds, i find it really burns my mouth and when i spit it out and rinse my mouth out with water or i breathe in through my mouth it seriously stings my whole mouth and really makes my eyes water and red.

Id give this product about 8 out of 10 because it does make your teeth feel very clean although the fresh breath only lasts about an hour and i dont smoke or anything.

But i keep buying the same product over again so it must be doing something right.
