      Nice enough for me

This is a review of Sainsbury's Coolmint Mouthwash which I recently purchased to try. I use mouthwash daily as part of my teeth cleaning routine and find that it helps remove any leftover residue from brushing and helps create fresh breath for a while after brushing.

      Packaging
I really like the bottle of mouth wash. It has a long collar and is easy to hold. Less easy is the cap which has a tamper proof lid so you have to squeeze it in the right place and twist at the same time which I sometimes struggle with. The liquid inside is blue which is typical for mouthwash and the label is fairly basic, with the promise of everything I want in a mouthwash which is to freshen breath and fight plaque and decay.

      In use
I take a cap full of this mouth wash after brushing and rinse around my mouth for 30 seconds before spitting out. The mouth wash is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. The taste is pleasant without blowing the roof of your mouth off!

      My thoughts
I think this is comparable with the Boots own range of mouth wash, and is similar in colour and flavour. I have really started to try and look after my teeth since having a scary broken tooth moment during my first pregnancy, until then I had got away with just brushing and only needed a couple of fillings but I wanted to do everything I can to make this set of teeth last a lifetime and a daily mouthwash rinse seems a small price to pay.

      Price
The mouthwash is 75p for a 500 ml bottle. I think this is a good cheap price for a bottle which will last me around 3-4 weeks.

      Final word
I would definitely repurchase this mouth wash again, I am happy with the results it has provided but as with all mouth washes, I can't seem to find one that I want to buy all the time. There are so many on the market I do like to try them all but I have found that the ones you can buy branded in pound land tend to be on the smaller size so you do get more for your money with this 500ml bottle and it will last a little longer. It is difficult to get excited about a mouth wash but this one is OK, the flavour is nice and it does the job I want it to.
