I like to brush my teeth more than twice a day, to make sure they are perfectly clean, I do buy shops own brands because I think some of them are quite good toothpastes for the price. This toothpaste is my recent purchase of a shops brand. I bought this some time ago and only recently used it.

The paste comes housed in a tube, it has a flip back top. It also comes in a cardboard box. The paste is a striped paste and is a mixture of turquoise and white colour. It is more of a gel paste. It has a really strong minty smell to it. Quite a pleasant smell and smells very refreshing.

I just use a pea sized amount on my brush, it is a nice mild paste, it is a gentle paste too. It isn't too abrasive on the teeth. I find it is good for my gums and doesn't give that burning sensation or irritate them. More than a pea size is way too much paste for cleaning the teeth because it gives a good foam while brushing the teeth. It isn't the amount of paste on the brush that does the work, it is the toothpaste that does the work. This paste does all the work needed for a nice set of clean teeth.

This paste cleans my teeth well indeed, I like the way it helps freshen my breath too, it is very easy to rinse from the mouth with no problems having to keep on rinsing to remove the paste. It isn't too strong a paste to brush the tongue area. I like to give my tongue a good clean too when I brush my teeth, I find it is gentle enough to brush my teeth for a good 2 minutes and my tongue at the same time. This amount of time is enough for it to work well indeed.

The paste contains an anti bacterial agent which helps to fight against plaque and to fight bacteria in the mouth. The paste is quite a smooth paste and feels soft on the gums and teeth. It is mild enough for children to use, some of my grandchildren have used this paste and found it to be fine for their gums and teeth too. So it is a nice one for all the family to use.

It does help to keep my teeth as white as possible but I haven't noticed they are any whiter since using this paste. But they are still white.

It costs 75p for a 100ml tube, a good price for a toothpaste.

I really like the results this paste gives for cleaning teeth, I highly recommend it if you are looking around for a cheaper brand of toothpaste. It is cheap but it is a good quality paste and good value for money.

I will buy it again because I really like it for the price.
