I have always suffered with my teeth. Over the years though I have also noticed changes in my gums. It all started when I was a child and I got bullied for having one slightly crooked tooth. This knocked my confidence a lot, as it was my main middle one at the front. I tried with my fingers every day to push it into place but after a few months it got worse. The week after I noticed this I fell off a climbing frame snapped my bottom tooth in half and chipped the corner off the crooked tooth. Following a trip to the dentist and they capped my teeth I was told that in the future I may suffer from sensitive teeth. The statement was quite correct. A few years ... Read the complete review

I do suffer with my teeth and gums. Whilst I know that all the sweeties I have eaten over the years have probably not helped my dental hygiene, I do suffer from mouth problems such as ulcerations and the like. This, coupled with extremely sensitive gums and teeth means that I am really very fussy when it comes to buying a toothbrush. I do find that if my toothbrush is too hard or brittle then it seems to make my teeth worse in terms of their sensitivity. On the other hand though, if a toothbrush is too soft, I find that I am not quite satisfied that my teeth have been given a good scrubbing... What's a girl to do? After perusing the relevant ... I'm quite particular about what toothbrushes I buy and use. I find that not all toothbrushes suit all people. A few years ago I bought I toothbrush which was supposed to be good for this & that, but when I got it home and used it, I found that it was uncomfortable to use and didn't suit me at all, so it went in the bin. On a mission I went looking for that "perfect" toothbrush and spotted the Sensodyne Total Care Toothbrush in my local supermarket.
