too sensitive for me - but if you have very very sensitive teeth why not give this a try?

      ~Reasons for Buying~
I purchased this toothbrush from Savers a couple of weeks ago. I needed a new toothbrush and this one was only about 99p, so I thought I might as well give it a try. Now normally my toothbrushes feel quite hard and can make my gums bleed, so this is why I wanted this one; because it is specifically for sensitive teeth. It didn't look like it was too soft through the packaging, and as the bristles are all very close together I thought it was going to be a really great brush for getting my teeth sparkling clean - how wrong I was . . .

      ~Using the Brush~
As soon as I used the brush for the first time, I knew I had made a mistake in buying it. The bristles are very soft, too soft in fact and in a way that no matter how hard you scrub they just don't seem to work to clean my teeth properly. After about five minutes of using the toothbrush I gave up, and I still felt even after brushing for so long that I hadn't cleaned my teeth.
I was very disappointed with this purchase. I do have slightly sensitive teeth but I think I will stick to 'medium' brushes from now on.

      ~Good Points~
Although this toothbrush isn't one that I would buy again, I still feel that it needs some commendation on things I do like about it as it is still better than some toothbrushes I have used in the past.
For instance I really like the handle on this toothbrush. It is sturdy and there is a bit of grip on it where your thumb goes, to stop your fingers slipping when you use it. I once used a flexible toothbrush but had to throw it away because I couldn't use it. I would try to scrub with it but it would just bend over backwards and not clean the teeth. This one's handle is so much better than that. It does make it easier to scrub that some toothbrushes - its just a shame about the bristles!
I also like the look of this toothbrush; it is light blue but there are other colours you can choose from as well. I like the shape of the handle for appearance and practicality. I also like the colour of the bristles, how they are white at the ends but blue on the tips. It looks very attractive.

      ~Overall Thoughts~
If you have really, really sensitive teeth and you absolutely do need a very soft brush then I would recommend giving this brush a try. If the soft bristles I described sounds OK to you then maybe you will like the brush. On the other hand if you use a medium toothbrush and its not too bad, you were just thinking about going for a sensitive toothbrush I wouldn't recommend this because it will probably be too soft for you, like it was for me. I really like this brush just not the bristles are too soft. At the end of the day though if you get it from Savers its only cheap so you don't need to worry about wasting too much money on it. It's probably worth trying. I've found another use for this anyway, combing eyebrows and lip exfoliating!

      Thanks for reading xo
