I have just bought this and I'm very impressed. My son has had a very bad cold and now is very chesty (and sounds like a chain smoker) we have been putting Karvol drops on a hankie to try and ease his breathing and clear his nose but it didn't seem to be doing much good so when looking around for other options I found this. Its looks just like a dummy but has a small hinged chamber behind the teat, you put a small piece of cotton wool with decongestant drops on it into the chamber and as your baby sucks he inhales the decongestant. What a great invention, Callum didn't even notice that it wasn't is normal dummy. They also do one for giving medicine. It also states on the packet that it has been designed by a Doctor which is piece of mind for me.
