Gary_Flower Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf: ... s cove adventure golf is a crazy golf chain in Orlando Florida. I have been to 2 different courses in Orlando. One outside Walt Disney World by crossroads (Which is a shopping and dinning area) and one by Old Town Kissimmee. Each course is different which is why we try to visit both on our stay. The courses are themed and of course they are themed with a pirates look. There are caverns, waterfalls and treasure...

Morgenhund Thermalbad Oberlaa
... Thermalbad Oberlaa is the kind of place for me - in that I like a dip in the pool sometime but do not want to swim lengths backwards and forwards. The Thermalbad Oberlaa is located at the edge of the city in the 10th district - and can be reached easily by public transport - the 67 tram from Reumannplatz (the southern terminus of the U1) runs to the Thermalbad Oberlaa and there are regular trams out there and back. If I am in Vienna on a Sunday and am not eating a main meal at lunchtime, I tend to head there around lunchtime as it is a lot quieter - most people seem to start coming at about 2pm onwards. Meaning that I can enjoy the thermal baths in relatively peace. ...

SugarSpun Oktoberfest (Munich)
... is the largest beer festival in the world, stemming from the 19th century marriage of Prince Ludwig, when he and his new wife invited all of Munich to share their celebrations. Now, the Theresienwiese area of the city is all but filled up with up to 250 000 revellers at any one time, all intent on having as much fun as possible. There are around 14 main beer tents and a few smaller ones with food specialities - Fischer Vroni is a fish tent, and I recommend you don t wear any clothing you might want again during your stay if you go in. Each one has a different reputation. Hippodrom is for the fashionistas, and is crammed to the rafters (these "tents"...

beckyX Gravity Canyon (Taihape, New Zealand)
... Gravity Canyon is a centre for performing a trio of adrenaline sports - bungee jumping, canyon swinging and their world famous flying fox. It is located near Taihape, New Zealand, a couple of hours drive North of Wellington. ===The Canyon itself=== The canyon itself featured in some river scenes of Lord of the Rings, so you may recognise it. The walls of the canyon are sheer and mostly bare with a few lone plants clinging on in a few places. The narrow road leading from the main road to the centre winds back and forth and crosses the canyon by bridge several times. As we crossed each bridge, I noticed that the river was getting steadily further and further below th...
