Disadvantages: smells of chips

On a recent trip to OZ, i treated myself to a hotel room in Bondi for a few nights (even though i was backpacking). It turned out to be an excellent stay. I think most people imagine Bondi Beach to be full of celebrities and glamorous people, they would be mistaken. Its more like Blackpool on a sunny day. This place has it all, from quaint joke shops to huge fish market stalls. Filled with restaraunts and the smell of chips, Bondi is like home from home. The only thing that seperates this place from anywhere here is the surf. It is a mecca for the surfers among us and to be honest, i saw more dudes here than i did in Surfers Paradise. A great place to stay for a few days. Enjoy.
