Advantages: Best Adventure golf ever played.

Disadvantages: none it is amazing

On my recent trip to Florida in March my boyfriend had been referring to a place called Pirates Cove for days so when we arrived on the 16th March this was our first port of call.

Pirates Cove was established in 1983 in Traverse City, Michigan and has always aimed to provide wholesome, quality, family orientated entertainment. It certainly completes that this is by far the best Adventure Golf I have ever been to in my entire life!

Pirates Cove is themed, yep you’ve guessed it, in the world of 18th Century Pirates and it really is a treasure!
Walk under cascading waterfalls, through caves and climb steep drops to play each hole as it comes.
There are two 18 hole courses Captain’s Course is the easiest and Blackbeard’s Challenge is the most......well challenging!!

As I said earlier in the review the course is set among waterfalls, caves and rivers where robot style pirates guard the course with water cannons activated periodically and the odd pirate trapped in a cave with his treasure this really adds the "adventure" to adventure golf.

Music can be heard in the background along with traditional pirate chants it really is a great way to relax and have some fun whatever your age.

***The Cost***

Each 18 hole golf course is $8.95 per adult and $7.95 per child
If you want to play both courses then the cost is $13.49 per adult and $12.49 per child.

Choose whichever colour ball you want from Pink, Black, Blue, Yellow, Purple, Green, Red and many many more.

There are also 4 different heights for the putters so there is always one available for each member of your party and they are colour coded brightly as well.

Don't forget to pick up your scoring card when you play and take a souvenir pirates cove pencil to mark your scores.

We did both courses and I lost each time I defintely should go back there for more practise!!

***Opening Hours***
Open all year round 9am to 11.30pm so there really is no chance to miss out.

***Address***
Pirate's Cove.
12545 SR 345,
Lake Buena Vista,
FL 32830

Telephone 407 827 1242.

***Directions***
We were staying at the Comfort Inn at Lake Buena Vista so we found it easy enough to walk from our hotel in Palm Parkway to Pirates Cove taking just 15-20 minutes as it is located in the Crossroads Shopping Centre at the corner of Intersection 4. As you approach the Lake Buena Vista Area from the highway Pirates Cove is visible and is located opposite Orlandos Premium Outlet Mall.

Pirates Cove has been voted No1 Adventure golf in most states and really is a treasure so make sure if you are planning a visit you take a look here!!

Summary: Best Adventure Golf in the World
