Advantages: A huge range of choice under one roof

Disadvantages: Maybe a little big, but it's easy to find your way around!

I visited Toronto last September, and as part of my Toronto shopping experience I went to the Eaton Centre - I had no idea a shopping centre could be sooo huge!

The Eaton Centre is on Yonge Street in the Financial District, and it is very easy to get to by foot from the City Hall.

It was built in the 1970's and inside the shops are 4 storey's . Inside apart from shopping, you can also see the Canadian Geese flying through the centre, they were designed by Michael Snow and are very surreal....

One of the stores inside which was particularly good was 'Roots', my boyfriend bought 2 long sleeved t-shirts which are still being worn and have kept in good condition.

I also bought lots of clothes, unfortunately I can't remember the names of the shops, but there are so many shops you won't have any problems finding things to buy! Because there are so many shops, there is something for every taste and budget.

The centre itself feels very modern and spacious. The centre is very easy to get around, so don't let the though of getting lost put you off!

Summary: A huge range of choices under one roof, easy to find, and very spacious inside

What about the big food hall? That was my favourite part of the shopping centre! :)
