If you are disabled or have problems with hilly conditions DO NOT BOOK AT PARK RESORT BIDEFORD BAY. My partner and I had a booking, with an upgrade paid, for September, and a request for a caravan next to a car or very near to car parking, was requested, which was confirmed on our booking confirmation from them, and on two phone calls to the main booking department, but on arrival at the check in was told no such condition was available as to position of caravan, after viewing the area where the caravan was situated, we had to go this time to the main reception, to ask if we could change to another suitable situated caravan, only to be told, not at all, by a very rude staff male member, that we should take it or leave it, so we had no other choice but to not take it, so we asked for a refund, only to be told no, and that we would have to write to head office, which we did, but after e-mails and letters from us we cannot get through to them that we want a refund, for a holiday that could not be taken because of the situation at the site, and the attitude of the staff was very very poor.
