This was chosen as a holiday spot for October due to the closeness of amenities in Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington and of course the on-site facilities. A disabled caravan was required and for a very fair price we found ourselves with an exceptional caravan. Sited close to the entertainment and shops it had a ramp and wide access. On entering the wide hallway there was a sliding door to the adapted bathroom and another to the very large double bedroom. The other reviews seem to have the camp in general pretty much covered, and quite well too. However, I feel a review is due about the often forgotten end of the camp - the touring part - the bit known as 'Cheapside'! We have been to Blue Dolphin three times already this year (and its still only July). We keep looking at other campsites to go with our trusty tourer, but we can't resist Blue Dolphin and its bargain prices. We usually book online, about 2 or 3 days in advance and get the really good rates. Dolphin Park The power of advertising! Little Miss had seen Haven holidays advertised on numerous occasions and was desperate to experience it for herself. So, when the vouchers in the newspaper once again became available, it seemed churlish not to collect them and let her experience it all. We had to chose 5 dates and 5 parks and within a few weeks, were allocated Dolphin Park. We chose the Scarborough area because we knew we would be travelling down there after work and wanted somewhere close enough so that the journey wasn't arduous but far enough away so that she felt as though she was off on some adventure. Where do i start if you have children this is the perfect holidat to go on. We have done a few haven holiday parks this is the best by far, the Blue dolphin caravan site is situated just outside Filey in Yorkshire. Your entetainment is all under one roof. there is three age groups the first is age 1 to 4 this is called Paws they make music and draw pictures dress up and play games with the children, then there is the 5 to 11 years this is called Rory and Bradley fun time, they make things play games and do lots of cometitions wich you get a certifacte for you to keep, then the last group is for age 12 to 16 they take them and play football basketball netball ...
