Advantages: Excellent range of activities for kids and grown ups. Brilliant swimming pools

Disadvantages: Filthy accomodation, rude greedy people

Butlins
Myself and my family (Grandad,Mum,and two children aged 7 and 13) went to butlins bognor regis for 4 nights. We stayed in a standard dinner,bed and breakfast apartment and it was absolutely appaling.
The room was tiny and cramped and the bathroom was horrific.

When we went to our restaurant the food was delicous and we had the freedom to go up and get more food and drinks as many times as we wanted. However the amount of pushing and shoving was horrendous and the times were a bit awkward.

The activites in the daytime were quite good. There was a range of sports for the kids such as archery, fencing and football. We went to the swimming pool which is called splash waterworld. It was amazing and the whole family had such a great time there. The lifeguards were just sitting around picking their toenails and failed to notice a boy lying face down in the shallow pool. The flumes were excellent.

The evening entertainment was brilliant and the kids got to see chico perform live the also got a picture with him and a free signed album and dvd.

Some activities cost such as bowling, the cinema and go-karting but we had not time for those.

The overall cost of the holiday came to £735
