it was the most disgusting place i have ever been to. 4 members of our family got the sick bug. and according to butlins policy they will help you. but instead they was ordered to leave butlins straight away. and on comming back from swimming was locked out of our appartment. my 80 year old mum had her heart pills in there and my grandaughters astma pump was allso in there. they blackmailed us by cancelling my grandaughters birthday party and said they would put it back on if the members of our family that was sick would leave. they said the rest of of us could stay. then the day before we was due home. they sent round 3 big blokes that was banging on our door telling us we had to leave.it frightened the children of 8 4 and 1 years there was myself my husband my daughter 27 and my 80 year old mum we got it resolved yet again. and went and complained friday morning they wasnt intrested so now we are takeing it further. the appartment was very dirty and run down.the whole holiday was a nightmare the worst we have ever had.
