I have been to Butlins twice and i have not had a problem with them yet.
The accommodation is clean but basic, having said that i did chose standard accommodation.
The Rides are good the only one you have to pay for in the fairground is the go cart (£4) but I have to say it is exiting.
The staff are friendly a polite and any problem you may have will get sorted out in a matter of minutes.
The entertainment is fantastic, i went to Reds every night and the kids went to the arcade which is not expansive but my kids spent a few pounds there!
The food is fantastic if you go half-board You get a choice of many breakfast and even more choices for dinners, but the best part is you can go back and get more food over and over again!! All in all a brilliant place to go recommended 100%

Summary: would recomend to anyone
