Advantages: picturesque, lively, plenty to do

Disadvantages: I can't think of any disadvantages

I had the extreme pleasure of staying at this first rate camping/caravan park last year. The park caters for caravans, mobile homes and tents. All the tent pitches have electric hook up and a hard standing for your vechicle.
The prices varies on how many pitches you require and how many tents you wish to put up. EG. I had 1 pitch and put up three tents and an awning on it, electric hook up and it cost me £10.00 a night. That was cheap at half the price.
On site there are washing and drying facilities, ironing facilities and a building for doing your washing up.

Makis is the name of the nightclub, that caters for all ages, They lay on activies such as line dancing, electric puppet shows, cabaret acts as well as the normal disco.

Attached to makis is an excellant restaurant with excellant food if you dont feel like cooking your own, and it has excellant service and really nice, polite staff.
If you don't fancy a three course meal, there is also a chip shop on site and a very well stocked grocery, newsagent store.

A short way up the road, through the park there are a couple of bars and an amusement center and rides for the smaller children. There is a giant chess set to play with and ten pin bowling as well.

Bridlington itself has an enormous clean beach with a promenade train that takes you right into the city center and harbour.
There are some delightful shops, and boats and ships that take you out to sea for a small fee. Or what about a ride on a power boat, now that is fun.

Along the sea front there is a small fairground with all the normal adrenalin pumping rides, and there are paddling pools for the kiddies, and boat rides, where you get to drive the boat yourself.

Every thursday just outside the site there is a massive car boot sale/market with about 100 stalls.
Nearby there is flambourough head, now that is worth a look at. The beach is pebbled as well as sand and forms
the shape of a half moon, along each side there are white cliffs, and the water is so clear you can see your feet in it.

I hope that this has given you some insight to a truly wonderful park, and if you go, I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.
