Capita is a big building here in Blackburn which was a big project of the council in Blackburn. Capita has a lot of jobs available where people are employed for payroll and also jobs in the council. I had the experience of working here in 2007 and it was not that good. The first complaint I will make is the receptionist staff here they hardly do their jobs right here.
