On school days if you go after 4pm then the entry ticket is just half price.
You can book 10 sessions in advance and reduce your entry fee by almost a pound on 1-2 years age group. I used to take my son here so often that I decided to buy the bulk tickets. They don't have an expiry date or our child's name on it- so if you have a friend's child, you can take them for the reduced price too.
From outside it looks like a huge warehouse/ shed but inside it is very well presented. There are two huge play frames with slides and ball pools. There are even bouncy castles, climbing wall, tenpin bowling, baby play area- just for under 2s, a small football/ basketball area, trampolines and sensation room. My kid always loves to be in the ball pool and play in the slide. But the bowling and climbing costs extra- a pound for each round. They do insist the adults to play too which is good because my child won't go alone in any slides. And it is good exercise for me too! I know some play areas don't allow adults to join- so my son just wastes his time just playing around me wherever i sit. The staff here are very friendly, all very young and active- they do check every now and then if the children are playing safely, especially near trampolines.
They have a café but I wouldn't recommend eating there unless you are really desperate. I ate chicken strips and they were so dry and tasteless. Even their lasagne tastes bad. I have mentioned twice to them about their food quality but they don't seem to be bothered! But if you walk down the road, just outside jump, there is a retail park and you might just find something tastier to eat there. Otherwise it's a great playing area.
It is a popular venue f0r birthday parties. They have various themes- dinosaur, space, enchanted castle, pirate, disco and shark. They even do laser parties which are I know is very good too but meant for slightly older kids. If you want some other theme and they can arrange it for you. I went for my friend's daughter's birthday party and the theme was enchanted castle. The room setting was beautiful and children got unlimited play. Their food wasn't too great- I didn't like it much but might be the kids did. The cake was arranged by jump itself and every child got a hat and a balloon. The party prices start from £ 11 per child and if you book 6 months in advance, you get 20% discount.
They have events on special days like Easter and Halloween. I took my son for Halloween and they did free face painting, and the older kids also played some games.
Every morning at 11am they run jumping beans- which is a rhymes time for kids. One of the staff hosts this club and there are surprisingly a big crowd for this. All the kids enjoy and play with the props.
