Advantages: Lots of screens

Disadvantages: Pricey

Cineworld Cinemas are a chain of picture theatres that usually consist of a number of large screen cinemas in one single location, this means that you get loads of choice when you visit and there are multiple screen times especially for the new release films.

My local one is located on an entertainment park surrounded by a number of restaurants and bars, as far as a viewing experience goes it s really good and well set up, the only real criticism that I have is that the queues to buy tickets is long and they never have enough people working on the tills, in fact I have rarely ever seen all the positions filled even when the queue stretches out towards the entrance. You can pre buy tickets via the website and collect these from the machines but there is a booking fee to pay.

The actual screens are well set out and vary in size, all of the seats have a good view and the are very comfortable with a drink holder by your side, there is a good amount of leg room and each cinema is cleaned thoroughly after each film.

Prices vary depending upon when you visit and matinees are generally cheaper, they also sell food which can be very pricey especially the pic and mix.

Summary: Cinema chain
