Advantages: Wide variety of play
Disadvantages: Expensive
A long wall in cage like compartments. Its so big you cant always see your kiddie but there is so much to do Easy Tigers soft play centre in Chesterfield is a huge warehouse all laid out in clean bright colours along and onto it. chance for them to escape that they are quite happy to leave you to have a chat with friends and have a coffee. I have found in some centres my son gets a bit fed up as he is a bit small for the higher levels but there is so much on both levels this is not a problem here
The prices are £3.50 per child in school hours for two hours play. Out of school hours it £4.95 per child
They also have a toddler time on Monday's, Wednesdays and Friday's 9.30 am till 12pm that is also £3.50 but comes with a drink for your little one.
Easy tigers have private party hire that are in cage like rooms at one end of the play hall, the prices start from £7.95 per child up to £9.95 per child, this price includes lots of things like food and drink and party games, up to a disco and party bags, they have a lot of extras at added on prices too.

I have to say there are a good few bad points to make in my opinion.
First it's the most expensive play centre I have been to, even though I only pay £3.50 which is average for an older child or out of school hours it's a high price but the worst part is the food and drink is very expansive. £3.25 for a child's portion of half a jacket with one filling and a side salad, the same price for a sandwich, salad and bag of crisp. This is a lot for a two year old,. The adults prices are higher but not by as much as would be expected after the child prices, a baguette is £3.85 and pasta with garlic bread is £4.25 this is not so bad but the other prices like £1.10 for a fruit shoot certainly top up the overall cost of two hours there.
I was disappointed to learn there is no cheaper rate for multiples so if you had twins and took them after 3pm it would be nearly £10 just to get in, without drinks, snacks or meals.
The toilets were easy to find but the baby changing room was pretty smelly (to be expected but this was the worst I have seen).
The staff were not overly helpful and seemed to lack enthusiasm which I think is important when working around children, also they seemed like they really would have preferred to be somewhere else and this is not appealing for a customer.
All in all a great play centre but needs some tweaking for the parents satisfaction and the purse strings.
Summary: Worth the trip
