Newest Review: ... to Milnathort and there is a decent shower block with all the usual amenities : showers, toilets, sinks, washing machine and tumble drier. It has a coded entry as people kept leaving with the keys even though they had to pay a deposit! There is a small play park which our kids (5 and 7) were perfectly happy with even in the pouring rain with all their waterproofs on. The pitches weren't marked out as such and there was tons of room for your tent and car. Gallowhill campsite in Kinross is simple but effective. We went in July, when the weather was fine during the day and downpouring from tea-time onwards but our kids had a ball. The campsite is cheap (2 adults for 11 quid and kids free under 7) and basic but with lots of space. It is on a farm close to Milnathort and there is a decent shower block with all the usual amenities : showers, toilets, sinks, washing machine and tumble drier.
