Greenacres is part of the Haven Group and is located in Porthmadog in North Wales. It has a wide range of facilities and offers both tourer pitches and self catering static caravans for customers use. It is in an excellent location directly next to Black Rock Sands beach and only a short drive away from the town of Portmadog.

I recently stayed here with my family in a static caravan. It was quite pricey and cost £300 for 3 nights, however shared between us this equated to quite little individually. The amount also included funworks passes which allow you to enjoy the entertainment and facilities on offer.

On arrival you go to reception where they will advise you where your caravan is provide you with a map and give you the keys for the caravan. It is quick and easy to check in and they are helpful and friendly. It is easy to navigate around the park.

In the main entertainment area there is a large arcade, bar, restaurant, indoor swimming pool, outdoor water fun area, park and a shop which stocks many items ideal for self catering purposes. There prices are not too steep either and it saves you a trip into town. The evening entertainment is very good and great fun.

A short walk through the park will lead you onto Black Rock Sands which is a lovely beach with plenty of space.

Overall this is a great British holiday destination and would recommend it to persons looking for a short break.
