I am not quite sure where I got the idea of a "Yurt holiday" from, but I believe it was after thumbing through one of the Cool Camping series of books around Christmas time. I hunted for ages to try and find the right place, at an affordable sum, and indeed despite the fact that we wanted to go in an off peak period, in the last week of April, we struggled for availability from as far afield as Devon and Cumbria. We stumbled upon Larkhill Tipis following an internet search, and did also to find one review on the yurts themselves.
