Totally annoyed and upset by my whole experience, mainly ruined by the poorly trained and rude management... Went for a birthday, had cocktails, food and bowling... Cocktails - barmen were polite, except for the head barmen who was too busy with his own self importance to bother with customers. What a fantastic place. We recently held my daughters birthday party there and the staff were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly, they literally couldn't do enough to make the kids (and adults) have an enjoyable experience. The 15 kids all had a wonderful time while the adults relaxed knowing that everything was taken care off. If you want a clean friendly environment for your kids to enjoy then this is definitely the place. We'll definitely be going again. I've even arranged a night with a few friends this Saturday to watch the Real Madrid vs Barcelona match, a few drinks, something to eat and relax... Thank you for a wonderful day and keep up the good work and keep those standards high. I can't recommend Lava Lanes enough.

I love bowling but haven't been in a long time since the one closest to me closed down (North Harrow if you know the area). A friend told me about this one so we decided to check it out. Its easily accessible by train (jubilee line - stamore station) or on the bus (h12 or 340). Its on Stanmore Broadway just opposite the spice rack. We weren't sure we were definitely going but we booked on Friday afternoon for Friday night. You almost always have to book as they only have 4(!) lanes and it will get booked up. I wouldnt suggest turning up without a booking. You have to pay an extra £5 for the booking which is a non refundable deposit. Doesn't sound too ... Read the complete review
