~ ~ A few of you will have read my recent opinion about our holiday in Scotland this summer, where we had a couple of days on the shores of what is probably Scotland’s most famous stretch of water, Loch Ness. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to win a Pulitzer Prize by getting a definitive photograph of the Loch’s most famous inhabitant, Nessie, and by breaking the story of his/her/their discovery to an incredulous world.
