Advantages: Lots of shops and decent food choices

Disadvantages: none

The Arndale Centre is a shopping complex in the centre of Manchester. It is easily accessable by foot or train, Victoria and Picadilly stations are not far, and it also holds a car park (which is pretty expensive!). The car park is fun because it is like a loop the loop getting out!!

The Arndale Centre is a fair size, but not too big. It hosts a wide variety of shops, including New Look, Thorntons, Game, River Island, the usual shops you would expect to see. It is mostly under cover, apart from a few shops situated on the outside, so its alright to shop there in bad weather.

The top of the Arndale has a food parlour, with Macdonalds, Pizza Hut, KFC and some other shops. It has quite a few seats, but sometimes it can be hard to find a seat on busy days like Saturday.

The toilets are also usually cleaned to a high standard, which is good.

The Arndale Centre is good to get lost in, they have little machines that tell you where you are and give directions to the shops your looking for, and customer service advisors are usually on hand too.

Summary: Decent place to shop but not as big as you expect
