Advantages: Everything - Wow!

Disadvantages: Gets booked up very quickly

Mullion Holiday Park at Ruan Minor near the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall has to be one of the best if not the best holiday park in Cornwall, We always stay there now & have recently just got back from a weeks stay theyre in april, it was fantastic, even though we went for the last fews days of march acroos the first few days of april the weather was fantastic.

The holiday park has something to offer everyone, with different types of accomodation including static caravans of many different price ranges, all of a fantastic standards though, bungalows & there is a large area where you can pitch your own tent or caravan with electric hook up, although tents & caravans are only allowed on a certain times of the year.

There is so much to do on the site including an indoor & outdoor swimming pool, the indoor pool hosts a water spraying pirate ship, there are indoor showers & changing rooms (altough you normally see the kids running back with their towels wrapped round them back to their caravans to get changed)

There is a bowling alley which hosts 2 lanes, at £2.00 per person per game its not bad, & the balls are the hand held balls thatare easy for children to use as well, in the same room there are pool tables, football tables, dart boards & a large flat screen tv (which normally has football or something on, as i think you can request what you want to watch)

There is evening entertainment for the whole family, kids first with sid & lizzie dancing & games (and occasionally a visit from Roly the dog) then there is Bigo for the adults & entertainment shows from Singers, Magic & talent contests for the adults to enter as well.

There are Sid & Lizzie groups for the children throughout the day & loads of times where they can meet up with sid & Lizzie.

There are 2 age groups for the children, there are Tot stars for the young children up to the age of 4 years & then star landers for 5 years up.

The only thing we found this time was that our 2 boys were the age now to go into the star landers group but they didnt meet up untill 11.30am in the morning which we found a little bit late, as by the time the group had finished it was time to eat & the there was only the afternoon left to do something, where as you really needed the whole day as there is so much to do down there.

The younger group tot stars meet up at a much earlier time so they have finsihed well before mid mornig so there isa large part of the day left for outings.

There is also a sports court, bouncy castle, pedal cars & much more to do on site, as well as an indoor play area (crazy caves) where there are ball pools, slides & climbing nets/ropes etc.

There is an onsite laundry which is open untill 10pm, fast food, a reataruant, bar & an amusements which the kids love.

There are loads of machines in the amusements where the kids can play & win tokens every time they play, they can then redeem these in the shop for many different gifts.

At the restaraunt once a week they hold a sid & lizzie breakfast for the children & families to go to, its great fun, sid & lizzie come in make you laugh & sit with you at the tables.

The prices of the food at the restaraunt is good too, were considering going half board next time, which hopefully will be later on in the year again, the food is really nice.

You can get discount vouchers for local attractions at the holiday park reception, you can get them for gweek seal life sanctuary, & many other places too.

The local attractions in the area are great, there are so many, & the local beaches & cafes are fantastic & well worth a visit too.

I really cant rate this park enough for everything, price, accomodation, as well as on site activities.

It really is well worth a visit, you will not be dissapointed & you too will want to return there again & again.

Summary: This is one holiday park you too will love!!

Sounds good. Would be interested to know what the accommodation is like? Space, cleanliness, what's provided etc x
