Newest Review: ... or for a more up market luxury one ( which is what we have, well we are on holiday!!) that is wider, has double glazing and full central heating with a gas fire in the lounge area ( I know, central heating and it's your summer holiday, but you are in the UK remember!!). Also it has DVD player, freezer, iron, hairdryer and a hoover, I'll get hubby to use the hoover as he never does it at home and I'm supposed to be having a break from all that housework. I thought I would write this review for selfish reasons, as this Holiday Park was our fortnight summer holday for many years many years ago!! We first started going there in the mid Eighties and what a lovely place it was to go. We went back to this Park about 6 years ago and apart from the Park getting bigger with static caravans and the eating area changing it was much the same. On entering the Park you will see that there is a very steep hill that you have to climb to reach the Reception. This year we decided to hire a caravan and spend a week in Cornwall. After checking out several sites via post and Internet, we settled on Newquay Holiday Parks. They have 3 sites around Newquay. All three have onsite vans and/or bungalows for hire, as well as camping sites available. They have a Big Top Club to keep the children entertained, very handy if the kids are up at the crack of dawn and you want a quiet morning. Two of the parks have swimming pools, despite being within a few minutes drive of the beach. The other park is literally a 2 minute walk across the road to the beach.
