Advantages: The location great views and good walks

Disadvantages: very small not alot to do on the park its self

Riviere sands was not what i was expecting at all!

What seemed in the brochure to be the ultimate place to be for your summer hoilday, turned out to be what i considered to be a small caravan park with little things to do on it.

This consisted of an indoor/outdoor pool(the outdoor being closed), a small arcade. Outside had a reasonably decent amusement park e.g slide, climbing frame and a few swings.
There did have a bouncy castle, bumper cars and trampoline all of which you had to pay for, i think should have been included in the price.

The pool being the only indoor thing for young children to do on rainy days was free and very warm but was only open twice in one day so you only had a couple of hours each time. There was other entertainment during the day like painting and the tiger club but again not really for the younger ones.

In the evening the boys had the most fun with all the different characters coming out telling stories and singing song's, they also put on mini discos.
As an adult it was the same thing every night starting with prize bingo and going on to the raffles (again you paid for) then back to characters dancing around, this would go on untill 9pm, then it was more discos and adult time.
They did how ever have a good big bar and a shop to get toys and glow sticks of all sorts.

Locally just outside the park they did have a little shop to get nick knack's and gifts from like bread and milk, but with a super market only a 10 minute drive it was worth the travel as it was a lot cheaper.
For food they had a fish and chip shop on the park and a pub just around the corner but again at a big price.

The location is were the park shines it was located right next to a beach with only a 5 minute walk to get to it, it had fantastic walks and views well worth getting cold for.
If i was to rate this park myself i would have to give it 6/10

Summary: wouldn't go there again
