ROKO Health Clubs has 4 clubs open at present, Bournemouth, Portsmouth, Gillingham (kent not dorset!) and Nottingham. The details of which can be found at www.roko.co.uk. I believe there is also one due to open early next year in Chiswick details at www.myroko.co.uk. I have been a member at the Bournemouth club for a few years now and it is the best gym i have been to. They offer a fantastic range of fitness equipment and classes. There is the full range of cardio vascular equipment such as treadmills, crosstrainers, bikes, rowing machines etc. They also have a good range of resistance equipment and a free weights area to build and tone those ...
