Newest Review: ... fells. There place oozes peace and tranquillity, just want we needed after a hectic few weeks at work. With a steam running through the park and the spectacular Lake District surroundings, we were happy! The lodge was very nice with all the essentials needed for a comfortable holiday. The lodge had both gas and electric for the television, fire, lighting, cooking, heating, etc. There was a ... more  ... nice deck at the front to sit out on, early in a morning or late at night it was great just sitting outside.
There is space for a car next to the Lodge, but as our friends owned it, it was only fair they put there car there. But there was ample parki...more |

Some friends of mine own a holiday lodge at Limefitt Holiday Park in the Lake District. We went to stay with them for a couple of days with them at their holiday home last month and we had a great time. The holiday park is owned by a company based in Cumbria called South Lakeland Parks, I have stayed at a number of their parks over the last few years and always had a great time!
