Tansley Market and Boot Sale

First day of our holiday my daughters and me decided to go to the local market and pick up some local produce.

We walked down a 60 mph road with no paths to the Market, this was the only way from the Campsite we were staying at, thought it would be nice to get some country air.

After a 20mins walk we eventually arrived at the gates where the guy said £3.00 please, £1 per adult, this is the first time I have been charged to get into a local market. I asked what it cost to go in a car and he said it was £1.10. I could understand the charge for the car because you are taking up space to park the car.

This does not seem to be a very green view. I thought into today's climates it would be preferable to encourage people to not use their cars, not charge them more for not using their cars.

Summary: Somewhere I will not go back to
