We would like to thank you for the fantastic balloon flight we had on 30th July 2011 from Earlham Park, Norfolk.

This would not have been possible without the professionalism and dedication of the flight crew. They were extremely helpful, friendly and organised with the pilot Robert Keron showing great expertise and enthusiasm which made the experience so pleasurable. Robert made you feel at ease and has great knowledge of the local area, which made the flight very interesting, showing us the landmarks and explaining how the balloon worked.

His ground crew were superb and helpful too.

We enjoyed getting involved with inflating and packing away the balloon after the flight.

I would definitely recommend flying with Virgin, as the flight experience was relaxed, enjoyable and unforgettable. Again this could not have been possible without the fabulous ground crew and pilot.
