Hi Jewlsy, I am sorry to hear that the weather has not been on your side so far and I appreciate this can be frustrating. Ballooning is very weather dependent and we are unable to fly if conditions are not safe and legal, as I am sure you are aware. We make this clear at all times. Many customers do get to fly on their first attempt as some of the comments on this forum demonstrate, but some do experience a few cancellations. However, it is very rare for a customer to experience 20+ cancellations. In terms of availability, we release dates in advance to meet demand and have recently added more balloons in the busiest areas. We have the largest fleet of balloons anywhere in the world. Weekend evening flights are naturally the most popular, which is maybe why in the high season you have been struggling to find a flight suitable to your needs. Booking your balloon flight should be a simple part of a very pleasurable experience and it is unfortunate that you are finding it stressful. I am shocked to hear that a member of our staff was discourteous I apologie if that was the case and would like to assure you that this is not how the customer service team members are trained to deal with customers. I am proud to say that the vast majority of feedback we receive and comments online are positive, even from customers who have experienced weather cancellations before flying.
