Not much to say apart from is was an absolutely brilliant experience. Would love to do it again but it is a little expensive but all in all it's we'll worth it. Thanks virgin, and most all Hugh and our pilot Neall parry for an amazing day.

What a fantastic experience I had with Dave Sutcliffe and his team on my hot air balloon ride from Witton Castle in County Durham. Yes, I was disappointed that it had been cancelled once before due to the weather, but that is out of their control. It was great to be able to help both blow up and put away the balloon and once up in the air

It took about 9 months to actually get off the ground (to be fair much of that was over the winter when there were no flights!). This is a great experience and is a must do thing!
We went up in Monmouthshire and it was only our 2nd attempt at booking, first was cancelled due to wind speeds too high...
But this is great, you get to help out if you want or are able to, so you get to put the balloon up and then once inflated its up up and away!
