      Nice Place.

      Now I have lived by Weston Hall now for a little while and have never been in until the other day and it was lovely. An impressive looking building which is in glorious surroundings and easy to find. I took a look around to have my wedding there and it looked lovely and I also will return as the food was good, the prices were good and all of the staff were very helpful.

      The address is as follows;

      Weston Hall
      Weston Bank
      Weston
      Stafford
      ST18 0BA

      The location is fantastic as it is situated in the heart of Staffordshire so you are right by the wonderful Stafford town centre and there are also lots of beauty spots around including farms and of course the wonderful Cannock chase. You go up a sweet 30mph country lane to get to it and it is huge so you will see it as you drive up.

      The first thing I noticed was how beautiful the scenery was and trust me it does look gorgeous especially if you like lots of green! The hall itself is magnificent, really old greyish coloured brick and it is very big with a great big car park and it just simply looks stunning.

      You walk inside and the thing I noticed is that the decorations has been kept quite traditional. Certainly some modifications have been made like the very modern bar area where you can get drinks but the atmosphere is very relaxing and you immediately get soaked up into the whole feel of the place.

      It is quite an old hall so as you can imagine there is brick work in places and as you go into the downstairs area which is where you have meals you will notice that you almost feel like you are in a castle which is a cool feeling. The furniture is very wooden and comfortable and all looks lovely. The place is quite dark which adds to the slightly gothic atmosphere and everywhere is so clean.

      There is a small reception area as you walk in and the staff there are very pleasant and very helpful. For meals you can get a three course meal for £18 which considering where you are and how nice everything looks, it is not al that bad. Drinks were reasonable at around £1.50 for a soft drink and because they have a well stocked bar, there is a good choice. The menus are yummy with all of your favourites including a good selection of vegetarian dishes.

      Now for weddings we had a look at both of the rooms available. They have one to cater for around 70 people and one for 120 and both are very nice. You have to go up the stairs to reach them but they are of good sizes and toilets are near, plus you get your own bar. The prices were very good too at about £40 pp for the meal and the room hire is free if you have enough people. I think the surroundings would make for stunning photos and considering you do practically get a whole floor to yourself you would feel quite alone in the place which would be a magical feeling.

      All in all I think Weston Hall is lovely and if you are in the area then it will be worth you popping in for a bite to eat as the food is truly yummy!! For weddings it is a nice location and just to look around as it is in such a lovely area. I think it is one of those places that you feel like you are on another world as it is stunning and the fact that it is by major roads means you can find it ok.

      There is plenty of parking and in my opinion is well worth a visit.

      Thanks for reading.
