In our house, we are all footy mad! Most of the time you will find a football in any part of the house! The other day I went shopping for a present for my baby niece! The early learning centre have lots of kids toys and are brilliant for toddlers! I think a lot of my childhood toys came from this shop, it's a well trusted brand and always produce quality items! I spotted this ball and really wanted it, so I decided to buy it for myself! I am in love with this ball, it's used all the time inside and outside.

A bit about the ball:

It's a sponge ball which is a similar size to a normal football. It's a firm type of sponge that is quite light ( if it hit you in the face it wouldn't hurt ) the ball I bought was blue like the picture, but they do other colours. The ball is brilliant for indoor play and also outdoor, because it's got a bit of weight to it it won't be effected by the wind. I tend not to use it inside anymore because I nearly knocked my television off the wall when attempting to do some kick ups. But overall it's a good quality ball to take to the beach or to the park! It absorbs water so it becomes heavy when it's rains. I wouldn't advise you leave this outside because it will deteriorate.

Price:

I paid £3 for the ball, I think this is a bit pricey. You can buy sponge balls from places such as tesco for half that price, the reason why I chose to get mine from the ELC is because the quality I though, would be better! Which to be honest I think it is. The ball has been around my house for a couple years now and looks the same as it did to begin with :)

Who is it for:

It's best for young kids wanting to practise football skills, my younger family members love using it when they come over and it's safe for them. A full size football can hurt kids when they kick it, this is soft and there is no chance of Any injury. Adults can also use it for a kick about! There great fun and won't break windows if your outside and kicking against the wall!

Overall:

I am really pleased with this ball, it has lasted me nearly 2 years and is great fun. I will probably get another one if this one gets ruined, my dog has tried to bite it! So I wouldn't keep it near dogs. Thanks for reading, hope it helps :)
