Good size and well designed (ELC Frog Sandpit)

Advantages: Nice design, nice colour and fits in any garden

Disadvantages: Sand... little creatures get in it.

This sandpit will fit easily in to any garden and has a nice green colouring (blends in better on grass than bright red!).

It has the shape of a frog and two "leg" humps are mean't to be seats for children. Truth is that children would rather sit in the sand than on the leg seats, because they give mum or dad the pleasure of getting all of that sand out of their nappies !

I bought four bags of kiddie sand to part fill the frog and would encourage any parent to pay the extra for this type of sand. Your local builder's merchant sells sand which is not cleaned properly. Remember that children tend to eat this more than their dinner.

The frog has a lid, to protect the sand from the rain, which has lovely froggy eyes and makes the toy a pleasing item for the garden.

It has so far produced hours of fun for my two kiddies and the only problem I have is in the sand, creepies tend to crawl in to it.

I actually bought mine from Toys R Us but it is exactly the same as the ELC model.
