I've got a really lovely little garden, it's not that big but it's big enough to have three different beds, some grass and some decking. I love spending time out there, especially in this lovely sunny weather and thankfully so do my kids too. My little girl is actually really into gardening and loves coming to the garden centre with us to pick out plants for "her" garden. As such, we have really encouraged this and encouraged her to look after her plants herself to instill a sense of caring and responsibility.
In order to help her grow, feed, water and take care of her plants we bought her this lovely little watering can from The Early Learning Centre. We have a really big watering can but found she couldn't lift it when it was really only half full of water so this one is the perfect size for her and one she can lift herself when it is full which is good.
This watering can really is very pretty and I actually wish they made them in adult sizes as I would love one too. It's made of a light metal so it's actually very authentic looking and just like an adult one which my daughter loves. Her one is blue and has lots if pictures of different creatures you might find in the garden such as a bee, a caterpillar and a snail.
The watering can is designed really well as my daughter finds it really easy to hold and then to pour the water out of too. There is a small handle at the side of the watering can and then one at the top so you can place a hand on each and tip it up easily to pour.
The watering can costs just £7 from The Early Learning Centre and is a wonderful addition to any garden with kids.
This lovely metal watering can is perfect for helping mum or dad water the plants and seeds in the garden. Not suitable for children under 36 months. To be used under the direct supervision of an adult
