“ Brand: ELC / Type: Playhouse / Tents „
After a few lovely sunny days I got this pop up tent as part of a three peice set from the Early Learning Centre within Mothercare. £18 sounded like a great price to get the boys into the garden for a while and out of my hair.
Sadly the next day started a week of rain and there was no chance of setting up outside. I took the biggest part of the tent (pictured above) and put it in the boys room and threw a bunch of ballpit balls into it. It takes up a lot of their small room which isnt great and at bedtime I found them in there and not bed but aside from that it was a hit. I had to take it pop it away after a few days because I couldn't clean their room. Thankfully it folds up super easy and stores away in their closet. As it pops into shape when you take it out my eldest can get it out when they want and not have to bug me whilst I'm working.
The boys play a lot of rough and tumble type games and the tent is yet to show any signs of damage so that's a good indication of how tough wearing it is.
I think the only thing that bugs me about the tent when it's in their room is that they fill it with toys and then it takes ages to clear it out.
I bought one of the church creche and it is one of the top played with toys for sure.
There's a roll down window which I love because I can sneak up on the kids and either spy or attack them! :P
Watch out for the cats or dogs! There are a couple claw marks on the bottom of ours.
Rain or shine this was a great buy.
