Not As Good As It Looks!

My auntie got my 2 year old sister this Fifi bouncy castle for her birthday and we put it up again yesterday because winter's coming and my mum wanted to give her a last play on it before it got too cold and wet for her to have it up.

It's not very big when it's been blown up and is only about 1 1/2 metres square, that's ok for my sister on her own but it caused a few problems in the summer when she had some of her toddler friends over and they all wanted to play on it at the same time! lol It doesn't come with a pump but lucky my dad had an electric one to fit it so he didn't have to mess about with a foot pump which would have taken for ages.

It's not very bouncy and my sister gets bored of it in about 5 minutes and goes to her toddler trampoline instead because she can hold onto the bar and bounce higher and for longer than on the bouncy castle. It's also very shiny so she slips all over the place on it and that annoys her and frightens my mum because she's always scared she's going to slip right off it!

It looks the part though and is decorated with pictures of Fifi and her friends, it's shaped like a castle and inflates completely so that even the big flowers on the 4 turrets are full and bouncy. It's nice and colourful as well to appeal to little girls and boys who are attracted by the beautiful colours in the Fifi tv programme, I think it looks wicked actually and wish we could have it brightening up the garden all year round instead of just on sunny days.

It's not very durable and after 4 months use we know why they send so many puncture repair patches with it! There was at least 20 when it was new and we've used at least 6 of them already because of little holes that have sprung up, even when it's been on the flat grass with no stones or anything near it it's got holes in the bottom and that's not good considering the bouncy castle cost my aunt over £40.00!
