We bought my daughter a Smoby small slide when she started to crawl at about 7 months. By the time she was 11 months she was able to climb up it and slide down it on her own so we decided to get her a bigger one. We had a look round and found this one second-hand for a reasonable price so bought it for her 1st birthday. I have recently moved into a house so I now have a garden to amuze my children. I invested in this climber and slide for my younger child who is almost 2 because she loves the slides so much. This came in a very large box and when we opened it all the pieces were heavy duty plastic that all slotted together easy. It came with very few screws to just ensure the stability of the climber for when the child is on it.
