This was a second birthday present for my daughter from her grandfather so I'm not exactly sure what he paid for it but on checking a couple of websites it is priced between £35-45 depending on where you look. In my opinion it should be recommended for her age as a minimum however a younger child could certainly use it but with careful supervision as they could easily fall out of it. I bought the Little Tikes Soft Rocking Cow at my local charity shop for £3 when my son was 2 months old, thinking he would grow into it, and by the time he was 10 months old he would happily sit on it while I rocked him back and forth, now at aged 2, he rocks himself like crazy and still enjoys playing with it.
