Little Tikes Whale Teeter Totter

What Little Tikes call a "Teeter Totter" I call a see-saw for up to 3 children that is about the best £1 I ever spent! We have owned ours for about 3 years now, purchased second hand at a school sale - and even though to buy one will set you back £34.99 (details of stockists at www.littletikes.co.uk), I would still say this is an excellent buy. Tiny tots on a teeter totter. I see tiny tots playing on a teeter totter most days at work as we have a little tikes teeter totter rocker in the nursery playground. I have twin daughters and this was the perfect see-saw for them. It acts as a normal see-saw so when they want to play together they can sit on either end, but when 1 wants to play on her own then she can sit in the middle - genius! They have played on this since approx' 18 months but I'm sure that they could have used it sooner than this. They are now nearly three and although they haven't physically outgrown it, it doesn't give them quite enough 'rock' anymore. My son received this toy as a Christmas Present when he was very young. It was an instant hit! The whale is made from sturdy plastic (as you come to expect rom Little Tykes) and is heavy, not flimsy. The thing that I like most about this toy is that it can still be used just with one child. My son was an only child for 5 years and many outdoor toys require two children to use them. He could quite easily see saw on this on his own by sitting on the middle seat, or when a friend came, they could sit one at each end.
