... is easily operated with a foot pedal. The first time my son tried it, it was a little jerky as he was nervous when it got moving!! But now he puts his foot down and off he goes! It also has a switch near the handlebars for forward and reverse. Please note that this switch should not be pressed while the quad is moving as it can damage the motor. Also reverse goes slightly slower than forward for obvious safety reasons.
The quad is advertised as doing 2mph maximum speed, so is ideal for younger children. I am not sure...more

My son is Bob mad so when he asked us for a quad for Christmas 2006, we started to look around for something suitable. We came across the battery operated Scrambler from Bob the Builder and thought it would be perfect. At the time they cost around £100 but have come down in price since. Online at Toys r Us they have a special offer for £79.99. They are also £84.99 at boots.com and Tesco have an unbelievable deal on at the time of writing and you can get this quad for £44.98.
