Re-branded Out There, this over-sized tube of bubbles is securely sealed with a screw top to which the overly flexible wand is attached. Impossible for a young child to remove without spilling, the wand needs to be waved rather than blown to produce bubbles and it takes an adult's firm swing to produce the larger than average, translucent bubbles along with a stream of excess mixture. Although a slight breeze makes it easier to produce bubbles, each reload uses a large amount of liquid and after a few goes it is impossible to load the wand without tipping the tube and spilling liquid. The mixture is of reasonable quality though and we used the last of it in our bubble machine. Considering that bubbles are enjoyed most by under 5s, this is completely unfit for purpose and simply not recommended.

Last year we bought lots of little tubs of bubble mixture for my sons birthday party. I knew we would be having a few children at our home for my sons 4th birthday last week so opted to purchase a bubble wand. I purchased our wand from Tesco (available in store and from www.tesco.com) where it is priced at just £2.16. ~Bubble ... Read the complete review

This is a really cheap item to buy that can be a lot of fun, when we bought it I did think at the time that given that we only paid £2.49 for it then if you were having a childrens party in the garden it would be a great thing to buy for all the kids as they could take it home at the end of the party as the party treat. The wand is ... Read the complete review

When I saw this large bubble wand last year in Tesco I thought it was a great idea and would enable us to have large bubbles that are fun to play with. The bubble wand is very simply packaged, a large ... Read the complete review

During the summer months, we spend most weekends at the seaside so out of season, I normally stock up on toys to keep down there. Last years, Tesco's were selling most of their outdoors toys off really cheap and I managed to pick up several of these bubble wands for around 75p each. *The product:* This ... I went for a weekend away to my friends B and B in Seal last summer and on the way picked up some supplies including this Jumbo Bubble Wand from Tesco. As soon as I saw it I knew I had to have it and it would be useful in some way or another. The Bubble Wand comes as you see it in the picture, so no extra packaging, just a ... I had a meal out planned for a friends birthday at a nice pub in the peaks. Knowing that these sort of places are not that kiddy friendly, I was looking around the day before in Tesco to see what I could find for them to take with them to keep them entertained. I spotted these bubble wands that the kids thought looked rather like swords, ... Read the complete review
