      Disadvantages

      Highly recommended

I had a small bag on wheels for my daughter when travelling, and I'd never really thought much of getting her a Trunki. But when my sister bought her one for Christmas, I realised we'd been missing out!

      **Penelope the Princess Trunki**

The Penelope the Princess Trunki is aimed at little girls, but it has the typical 'horns' (in a white / glitter colouring) on the front. It doesn't have a face, but instead is styled in a royal purple with a silver princes carriage design, with stars. The clips on the side are pink as is the rim, and the handle is a vibrant blue as are the wheels.

      **What's Included?**

You get the Trunki, a 'passport' (a piece of paper with activities), a pink foam magic wand and crown.

      **Trunki in Use**

The Trunki is a great suitcase for toys, clothes, books or a mixture of all three! It has an elasticated strap to hold the contents in place, and it holds plenty - my daughter often goes for a weekend to my mum's and it holds all the clothes, toys, books, nappies, wipes, bottles and food as is needed.

The great thing about Trunki as it's a ride-on, suitable from about a year onwards. So if you're in the airport with a crabby child they can have a bit of fun, or if they're tired on their legs you can pull them along for a while. Great if your flight is delayed!

      **Overall**

I won't go into the price of the Trunki as it was a gift, but it's usually found £30+ and can be found in baby shops, Mothercare, Amazon and many independent retailers. It's very popular and I totally understand why - it gets your child involved in travel, keeps them entertained and occupied, and keeps all their essential items in one place. Plus, you can use it as carry-on! Ideal.

If you travel a lot or your child stays over a few nights with family, I can't recommend the Trunki enough, it's easy to open, sturdy for serious travel, fun, and roomy.
