As my 3 year old daughter is absolutley crazy about the Tweenies we thought we had bought just about every piece of merchandise available , until someone pointed out to me that there was a Tweenies POP OUT PLAY TENT. We got our trusty Argos catalogue catalogue out and there it was, a bit pricey we thought at about £35, but It would be such a lovely surprise, and we bought it. Once the kids were in bed up it went and me and the wife found ourselves sat in it!!!! ;0) It had plenty of room, two windows and a door that can be held up with the aid of velcro. It was extremley easy to construct with just 5 plastic poles to insert down the sides and thats it! The windows are half plastic and half nylon mesh, I suppose thats for ventillation purposes, and each window has the always happy smiling Tweenies looking out painted on them. It stands about 4 ft tall and about the same width, which is just about the right size for other accessories to be placed inside ( we put her toys in there sometimes to make the place look tidy). Its extremley bright to look at and now that the weather is improving we are looking forward to putting out in the garden again!! Its been a toy storage facility in the bedroom over the winter. A couple of bad points we noticed were the metal rims that give it its shape once constructed are also just where any child would crawl into the doorway, believe me , they do hurt your knees. Also with it being made of similar material as Kites, the slightest gust of wind will find you in your neighbours garden retrieving it! To sum it up then, its an absolutley fantastic idea, the kids love it , and its not too bad for the odd big kid to sit in either!:0)

We bought the Tweenies pop up tent for my daughter from the Early Learning Centre a couple of weeks ago. It comes in a handy storage bag and when you take it out it pops out, all you have to do is insert five plastic supporting rods into pockets on the outside of the tent and it is ready for play! It took a couple of minutes to assemble that's all. It is huge and she loves it. It fits my daughter her daddy and me in with space to spare! she loves to take all her cuddly toys in there along with her ride on car and pram! It will be mainly for outdoor use as we don't really have the space to accommodate it on a permanent basis indoors. But nevertheless as it is new and so easy to take down and put up we have been putting it up for her a couple of times a week in the house. It is made of a strong nylon material with plastic windows featuring the Tweenies. It also has a roll down door that holds open and closed with velcro. This tent cost £30.00 in the Early Learning Centre but since buying it we have discovered that you can get it for just £24.99 in Argos.
