Advantages: Great connection for a good picture

Disadvantages: Finger screws for DVI output

I bought this to accompany my new graphics card converting the DVI output to VGA input on the monitor.

So what happens when you have an older VGA display and a new graphics card with only DVI output, well buy a converter of course!
Belkin accessories are definitely the best thing Belkin produce compared to their standard consumer products which tend to be really rubbish.
So why buy this more expensive one over a cheapo from eBay? Well basically build quality, why skimp when chances are this'll outlast your computer and display. When it comes to build quality, Belkin accessories are second to none and beat most other brands hands down.
Also in terms of overall picture quality in the display, the connections of the adapter are tight giving the best possible quality from a VGA connection.

There are some negatives, like the finger screws for connection to DVI port which can be fiddly and I tend to leave undone because I couldn't be bothered.

Overall then a great little converter from Belkin and a definite recommend from me.
